Bowland P.C., am an attorney with the drive and skill to stand up aggressively for your rights.

I practice in all areas related to criminal defense, including drug charges, violent crimes, sex offenses, thefts, DUI, expungements, domestic violence charges, and other crimes. As a staff attorney for the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center, I had the privilege of winning a man's freedom. Bruce Dallas Goodman was released from prison in November of 2004 after serving 19 years for a crime he did not commit. Mr. Goodman was convicted for the brutal rape and murder of a young girl. Nearly two decades later, I successfully petitioned the court for post conviction DNA testing. With new DNA evidence, the court vacated Mr. Goodman's conviction and he was released from prison.

As a member of the Criminal Justice Act Panel, I am appointed by the federal court system to represent indigent clients.
