I am experienced in Criminal Law and my persistence, honesty, and ability to get along with prosecutors and judges has proven beneficial for my clients. My firm, located in Salt Lake City, Utah, is more than just another law firm.
I have always been committed to the presumption of innocence. This philosophy landed me a job as the Staff Attorney for the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center. During my tenure with the Center, I had the privilege of exonerating an innocent man. I successfully petitioned for the release of Bruce Dallas Goodman who was wrongly convicted and held in prison for more than 19 years.
As a private criminal defense attorney, I have defended individuals from a wide variety of state crimes including DUIs, sex offenses, drug possessions, and other violent crimes. However, my experience, knowledge, and understanding of the law goes beyond state charges. As a member of the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel, I have defended individuals charged with federal misdemeanors and felonies.
